Coast to Country Health Clinic is a Nurse Practitioner–led primary health service with an integrated Allied Health hub, located in McLaren Vale and proudly servicing the coast‑to‑country region, including Willunga, McLaren Flat, Moana, Maslin Beach, and Seaford.
We provide same‑day appointments and specialised care for individuals and families, ensuring timely access to high‑quality, evidence‑based healthcare close to home.
Our Nurse Practitioners (NPs) are highly qualified clinicians endorsed to assess, diagnose, prescribe, and manage a wide range of health conditions. With advanced training in urgent, acute, and primary care, our NPs deliver comprehensive assessment, early intervention, and personalised treatment plans for both episodic and ongoing health needs.
We work independently within our advanced scope of practice and collaboratively with your General Practitioners, ensuring seamless communication, coordinated care, and strong referral pathways that support your long‑term health and wellbeing.
